HOW TO MAKE: Simple Salad posted at 12:18 AM
I promise I'll make a better "HOW TO" blog hahha because I didn't know I could have blogged my salad making as a how-to, but decided to do it coz I think it is simple and helpful! :)
So my version of salad is not exactly eating clean, but not so bad still! Because it still contains carbs haha. But nevertheless, it is still healthier and lighter than other meals out there! And because i'm a dancer and i need the energy, i don't mind consuming carbs! (But not excessive of course)
Ingredients:
1. Potato
2. Lettuce
3. Strawberries
4. Cherry tomatoes
5. Grapes
6. Sweet corn
Toppings (optional):
1. Mayonnaise
2. Bacon bits
As you can see, I merely paired the food/fruits and placed them nicely in a box! And TADAH! It's a salad bento! Easy and ready to be consumed anytime at any temperature! Just make sure that it isn't too hot (fruits may spoil). So just normal room temperature, or fridge temperature or whatever!
